HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN IN RETAIL?
Easy: e-mail us at info@easytobuyinchina.com and let us know your order number or which sales was serving you on the order.  We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your product(s) back.  All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as opened merchandise will not be refunded. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

HOW DO I RETURN MY BULK PURCHASE WHICH'S WITH CUSTOM LOGO ?(Bulk purchase)
 
Your satisfication is more then any then we need,before mass production, We will provide sample for your confirmation. And send to you for quality checking with free charge of shipping. Double sure everything is matching your needs. But however, sometimes things are happening to the opposite way from both expectation, the solotions are as below.

  1:  Please e-mail : info@easytobuyinchina.com with all the problems. and pictures.
  2:  let us know the issue, such as damage packing or products.
  3:  The order number or which sales persone assisted you.
  4:   Please let us know your advise for solving the problem.

We will provide a refund on unopened item or products within industry leading fourteen

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? (For Retail)
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were not opened or used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
Some financial institutions can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
