Installation method: 
Remove the bracket, use a hole opener to open a hole of about 3cm diameter, then put the charger into the hole, and then tighten with the threaded ring. 

Wiring method: 
The base of the charger is marked with "+" and "-" positive and negative poles. Connect the positive and negative poles to the corresponding power supply battery. It comes standard with 2 terminals.
